* We offer free shipping within the continental US.
* Shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be calculated at check-out.

We ship to California. However, we are unable to ship products made with k-leather, as the sale of k-leather products is prohibited in that state. We do ship all other products to California.
* Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
* Orders shipping to the continental US take 3-5 business days to arrive with the free shipping option. Faster shipping is available for a charge.
* For International orders, delivery time will vary depending on the final destination.
* Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing deadline is 5pm EST during regular business days. Orders not processed on holidays.
Prepaid shipping labels provided by UNOZERO have a validity of 30 days from the date of issue.

* Product that has not been worn may be exchanged for FREE within the continental US. Orders from outside of the continental US can be exchanged, but shipping costs apply.
* Product needs to be received by the UNOZERO team within 30 days of the date of purchase, in its original packaging, and in the same new and unworn condition as originally received.
* UNOZERO covers the shipping cost of sending the exchanged product to the customer. If the customer elects to return that exchanged product to UNOZERO, then the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with that return.

* Return shipping is FREE within the continental US. Outside of the continental US, there is a charge for the return shipping.
* Product needs to be received by the UNOZERO team within 30 days of the date of purchase in its original packaging, with all the accessories, and in the same new and unused condition as originally received.
* Once the product has been received and approved for a refund by the UNOZERO team, it can take up to two weeks for the refund to be completed. We will send a notification once the product has been received, approved, and a refund has been issued.
* If the product is deemed to be not eligible for a refund, then the product will be shipped back to the customer at a cost of $30.
