* We offer fast and free shipping via FedEx or UPS within the continental US.
* We charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the US. Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.
Yes! We are able to ship the UNOZERO Cali boots to California, however, we are unable to ship the Modelo 1.0 boots, as the sale of k-leather products is prohibited in that state.
* We usually ship orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST will ship out Monday morning.
* Orders shipping to the continental US take 5-7 business days to arrive with free shipping. Faster shipping is available for a charge.
* For International orders, delivery time will vary depending on the final destination.
Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent. An email notification is also sent once the order has been shipped, which includes tracking information. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or here.

* Cleats that have not been worn may be exchanged for FREE within the continental US. Orders from outside of the continental US can be exchanged, but shipping costs apply.
* Cleats need to be received by the UNOZERO team within 30 days of the date of purchase, in its original packaging, and in the same new condition as originally received.
* UNOZERO covers the shipping cost of sending the second pair to the customer. If the customer elects to return that second pair to UNOZERO, then the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with that return.
Absolutely. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn cleats.

* Return shipping is FREE within the continental US. Outside of the continental US, there is a charge for the return shipping.
* Cleats need to be received by the UNOZERO team within 30 days of the date of purchase in its original packaging, with all the accessories, and in the same new condition as originally received.
* Once the cleats have been received and approved for a refund by the UNOZERO team, it can take up to three weeks for the refund to be completed. We will send a notification once the cleats have been received, approved, and a refund has been issued.
* If the cleats are deemed to be not eligible for a refund, then the cleats will be shipped back to the customer at a cost of $30.
