Refund policy
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging. The item needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange. To complete your exchange, contact us at info@unozero.com to coordinate.
Returns / Refunds
Shoes that have not been worn and are returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. The product needs to be returned in its original new condition and packaging. Once the shoes have been received and approved for a refund by the UNOZERO team, it can take up to 3 weeks for the refund to be completed. We will send a notification once the shoes have been received, approved, and a refund has been issued. If the shoes are not approved for a refund, then the product will be shipped back to the customer. There is a $30 fee to ship the product back to the customer.
Product Issue
Customers are provided with a 30-day window from the date of purchase to notify UNOZERO of any potential product issues. Within this timeframe, customers may report any concerns pertaining to the purchased merchandise.
Repairs
Customers must first obtain approval from UNOZERO before sending any product in for repair. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If a customer sends a product to UNOZERO for repair, the assessment and determination of the appropriate repair method will be made at UNOZERO’s sole discretion. UNOZERO reserves the right to decide the type, extent, and manner of any repair work performed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@unozero.com.
